Jose Tenembaum, JTS
Jose Tenembaum, the founder and President of Just Trust Solutions and CEO of JTS, has over twenty five (25) years of system design, programming and analytical experience. He coordinated the planning, design, documentation, and training stages of projects for a wide variety of clients. These projects include the design and installation of a large multi-user system to process toxic tort claims and the redesign and implementation of a failed solution for a major dietary drug settlement trust. Mr. Tenembaum has designed and implemented the systems for major asbestos and breast implant trusts and the largest dietary drug settlement.
P. David McKnight, Legacy Risk Consulting
Before joining Just Trust Solutions as President of its Legacy Risk Consulting division, Dave McKnight served for twenty (20) years as Vice President of Aon Worldwide Services Company and was responsible for the development, review, analysis, implementation and administration of asbestos litigation strategy. He led the negotiation of settlement agreements with plaintiff attorneys, gave direction to defense counsel, liaised with the client’s Legal and Risk Management Departments, led communication and presentations to excess insurers (including the London Market), coordinated special projects, performed policy archaeology, risk profiling, policy mapping, coverage review/analysis, policy buy-backs and negotiation of Coverage-In-Place and Cost Sharing Agreements.
Dan Duncan, Optimum Document Services
Dan Duncan has over 20 years of senior operational experience gained from the logistics and document management industries. He has worked in both operations and sales and has built his experience from the bottom upwards. He is a strong manager and motivator for the production team. Dan provides overall supervision of all aspects of JTS imaging production and also manages customer service relations. He takes the primary role with the JTS customer’s project manager, in implementing new projects for our clients and acts as the main interface with the client for operational and support matters.Daniel Beyer, CTO, CIO, & Program Manager
Daniel Beyer has 25 years experience as a detail-oriented, solution-focused Technology Executive with a record of success managing complex, multi-million dollar technical projects from concept to completion with on-time, on-budget delivery. Previous projects have included Customed Tailored DMS Systems for Optimum Document Services clients, Asbestos Litigation Class Action Claim Management Software as well as Pharmaceutical Class Action Claim Management Solutions.Mr. Beyer is a skilled leader with in-depth technical aptitude and overall business intelligence – able to blend expertise in technology and business to achieve project goals and client deliverables.
