Jose Tenembaum, JTS Systems
Jose Tenembaum, the founder and President of Just Trust Solutions and CEO of JTS Systems, has over twenty years of system design, programming and analytical experience. He coordinated the planning, design, documentation, and training stages of projects for a wide variety of clients. These projects include the design and installation of a large multi-user system to process toxic tort claims and the redesign and implementation of a failed solution for a major dietary drug settlement trust. Mr. Tenembaum has designed and implemented the systems for major asbestos and breast implant trusts and the largest dietary drug settlement.
Donald E. Ward, Special Claims Services
Since 1993, Donald E. Ward, the Founder and President of SCS, has handled the investigation and management of litigation and claims for self insured and/or uninsured companies as well as primary and excess insurance carriers. This involves the retention of local counsel, management of local and national counsel activities, investigation of claims and allegations, obtaining supporting documentation, review and auditing of fee and expense invoices and resolution of the claims. He also serves as consultant in coverage and insurance litigation. Prior to forming SCS, Don spent 25 years with a major insurance carrier.
P. David McKnight, Legacy Risk Consulting
Before joining Just Trust Solutions as President of its Legacy Risk Consulting division, Dave McKnight served for fifteen years as Vice President of AON Worldwide Services Company and was responsible for the development, review, analysis, implementation and administration of asbestos litigation strategy. He led the negotiation of settlement agreements with plaintiff attorneys, gave direction to defense counsel, liaised with the client’s Legal and Risk Management Departments, led communication and presentations to excess insurers (including the London Market), coordinated special projects, performed policy archaeology, risk profiling, policy mapping, coverage review/analysis, policy buy-backs and negotiation of Coverage-In-Place and Cost Sharing Agreements.
